She joins Triad, Star Boy, her brother, Kid Quantum, Cosmic Boy and Invisible Kid.  Superboy and M'Onel are in reserve in orbit. Released June 5, 2002 DC Comics, Color 24 Pages Terror Incognita 3: Hypersapiens Dan Abnett & Andy Lanning - Writers Oliver Coipel - Pencils Andy Lanning - Inks Tom McCraw - Colors Mike McAvennie - Editor Synopsis Issue 8 starts in the ICU.  M'Onel is in bad shape in the OR, as the doctor's can't match his blood, nor cut into him to remove the bullet.  Triad debates with herself about telling them the truth about his Daxamite background and about him being Valor. The debate is useless, however, as Kinetix walks into the OR and shoots green energy over him - one assumes to heal him. Cosmic Boy becomes Exposition Lad, explaining the current Hypertaxis situation to their strike force and anyone who hasn't yet read the series as the moon is pushed closer to the Earth. We then get another page of exposition about the history of Ra's al Ghul and his current involvement with the Legion.  Cos finishis his speech with a nice touch.   Released 12/26/01 DC Comics, Color 22 Pages Legion World Dan Abnett & Andy Lanning - Writers Oliver Coipel - Pencils Andy Lanning - Inks Tom McCraw - Colors Comicraft - Letters Mike McAvennie - Editor Synopsis Picking up where we left off, the Lost Legionnaires have been picked up by the crew of the Bouncing Boy, Cosmic Boy, Triad, Invisible Kid, an enlarged Violet with Chuck Taine piloting. Lots of reunions, notably Brainy/Lyle, Cos/Imra/Jo and Cham getting friendly with Triad Orange and Neutral with Chuck looking on from the pilot's chair getting misty eyed. They head to the Footstep Ship stolen in LW3.     Shift to McCauley, apparenly in admiral garb dedicating a plant that will terraform the moon.  He and someone (maybe Venge?) confab about ignoring the Orandan ambassador, Robotica seems to be a looming threat, and stalling M'Onel from seeing the Legionnaires.  Speaking of the Legion, they are emerging back into space and Shikari detects a cl...

The Legion #2 Released 11/28/01 DC Comics, Color 23 Pages Fight or Flight Dan Abnett & Andy Lanning - Writers Oliver Coipel - Pencils Andy Lanning - Inks Tom McCraw - Colors Comicraft - Letters Mike McAvennie - Editor Synopsis McCauley's Oversight Watch team trudges through the tunnel where the Legion's rail car exploded.  Repulse, Twine, Abyss and Brainstorm are there to confirm the demise of the Legionnaires.  To their complete surprise, the Legion survived, and are pissed! The fight that had been telegraphed in the last issue happens.  Saturn Girl had read, just before the bomb went off, that McCauley wants them dead.  Brainstorm neutralizes Ultra Boy before himself being neutralized by Saturn Girl.  Abyss takes out Wildfire with his void, and Umbra tries to eliminate Abyss before her powers fade.   Legion Worlds #1 Released April 18, 2001 DC Comics, Color 38 Pages Story 1: You Are Here:Earth Dan Abnett & Andy Lanning - Writers Yvel Guichet - Pencils Dexter Vines - Inks Tom McCraw - Colors Comicraft - Letters Mike McAvennie - Editor Synopsis M'Onel plummets to earth over North America fighting an upgraded Tharok.  We go through several pages of Lar struggling against Tharok a lot more than he should, which suggests that Tharok's upgrades are rather dangerous, making the urgency of stopping him that much more important.  They chase through the sky clipping a cargo ship and Lar contacts the Science Police for rescue.  They impact against a building that looks like the Chrysler building by way of Coruscant and eventually land on an elevated roadway.  A drone of some kind launches from Tharok's body, which M'Onel promptly dispatches with freeze breath.
