Brin and Vi capture a Lallorian soldier and the civil war has moved from Adults v Kids to Pro v Anti UP. They leverage Tasmia's status to transform this into a diplomatic visit.  In a dark room, Randall talks to Drake, who is suspended in his ERG tank. Supergirl is the winner of the Legion Leader election, and she is told this by DoJ prosecutor Tenzil Kem.  At the Metropolis Convention Center (temporary HQ) Kara offers the Wanderers and Terror Firmans Legion membership to help look for Cosmic Boy.  Tenzil is there to prove Rokk guilty of war crimes. Mekt, Dirk and Thom argue about who should be the leader. The Dominators mark the progress of their conquest of Earth even as they talk to Sun Boy and the remnants of Terror Firma about their plan - the infusion of super-power DNA into Dominators. On Earth, the Science Police are trying to figure out the best way to evacuate the UP delegates. All technology has been taken over by the Dominator AI Virus and is acting with a mind of its own - mainly to kill humans. Mekt could care less about them but Cos makes the point that saving them could gain political cred. Lyle tries to save a delegate being thrown to their death, but his flight ring explodes, severing his arm. Then the focus is on the Otherspace team trying to contact the other groups.  Ultra Boy scans and sees Lemnos prepping to start the fight, and Brin in a cell. The notions from Dormir fly in and suddenly Cos is communicating with the team. They decide to cut the Transmatter network to stop any invasion, but that leaves Ultra Boy and Karate Kid's team stranded.  On Trxxl, Skelter is ready to pounce on Saturn Girl. Superboy fights Darksied while the others handle the minions. The time barrier the older Darkseid begins to fail, possibly because he had some kind of a failsafe that only he knew about. The young Darkseid has no idea how to proceed.  Vi and Garth have an idea to go back a short period of time to stop Darkseid and go back 20 minutes to when the young Darkseid comes out of the boom tube. The foursome pops out, and Connor and Vi punch the young Darkseid back through the tube and follow him in. The rest of the Legion handles old Darkseid. On Apokalips, Old Darkseid welcomes his younger self, which is what is causing the time ripple. Shikari squares off against the Empress, and the bickering duo take on Validus who zaps them both, but doesn't take them out. The Persuader, cuts open Wildfire's suit, distracting Shikari, who is then knocked out by the Empress.  Empress is just about to terminate Shikari when Validus reminds her that they were to keep all Legionnaires alive for bargaining chips.
